Exchange
We want you to be happy with your sandals. If you find your sandals are not the right size you can exchange them for another size, providing there is no visible sign of wear.

Returns
Returns are cheerfully accepted on sandals that qualify. They must be shipped back within 15 days of receipt and free of visible signs of wear. A greater time allowance will be made for out of U.S. customers. Rubber Soled Sandals are not returnable nor are Custom pattern sandals. Refunds (in the form of a check) will not include shipping fees and will reflect a $5.00 restocking fee (unless you're exchanging for another size).

Warranty
Oasis Sandals carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase. Your laces are also guaranteed to last for 1 year. If they do break, please return them for another pair, free of charge.

Our sandals have been known to last for years with frequent use, but as they say, your mileage may vary. In the long run laces stretch; this is normal and expected. These sandals are made of natural materials: variations in color and texture will occur. If color consistency is critical, please purchase additional pairs of laces with your order.
